摘要
用保角变换有限元方法研究环面节流静压圆盘止推气体轴承几何参数对其静特性的影响。结果表明,对承载力和流量影响较大的参数是供气孔直径d和供气孔数n,对静刚度值影响较大的参数是无量纲供气孔分布圆半径C、供气孔直径d和供气孔数n。依照优先考虑静刚度指标兼顾流量、承载力指标的设计原则,得出较佳的几何参数取值范围。
The influence of the geometrical parameters of the externally pressurized circular thrust gas bearing with inherent compensation on its static characteristics were calculated by means of conformal transformation FEM. The results show that orifice diameter d and orifice number n have visible influ- ence on the static load and flux characteristics of the bearing, and dimensionless orifice distribution circle radius C, orifice number n and orifice diameter d have visible influence on the static stiffness characteristics of the bearing. According to the principle of giving priority to stiffness and taking account of flux and load, the range of reasonable parameters for the bearing is deduced.
