合肥地区高校教师对现行绩效评价满意度分析

Study on the university teachers' satisfaction on current performance evaluation in Hefei City

目的了解高校教师对现行绩效评价满意度现况,探讨高校教师绩效评价满意度的综合影响因素,为提高高校教师绩效评价满意度和改进绩效评价工作提供依据。方法采取随机抽样的方法,对合肥市4所高校257名教师绩效评价满意度情况进行问卷调查。结果高校教师绩效评价总体满意度得分为3.13,用自行设计的一般情况调查表和教师绩效评价满意度调查表,满分为5分,属中等水平;高校教师绩效评价满意度的主要影响因素包括:"绩效评价体系及绩效评价在师德、教学和科研的体现"、"评价主体参与度"、"绩效评价结果的应用""绩效评价的激励作用"、"绩效评价方法及评价结果的反馈沟通"、"绩效评价在学科建设贡献度和人才培养工作方面体现"、"绩效评价在社会服务工作方面的体现"、"绩效评价工作内容和信息的了解";不同任教学科、职称、年龄的高校教师绩效评价满意度的差异有统计学意义(均有P<0.05)。结论有必要针对相关因素采取改进措施,以提高高校教师绩效评价满意度,促进教师和学校的良好发展。

Objective To understand the current status and influencing factors of teachers＇ performance evaluation satisfaction in university,and to provide reference for the improvement of performance evaluation work.Methods 257 teachers from 4 universities in Hefei City were randomly sampled,their performance evaluation satisfaction were collected by questionnaire.Results The score of performance evaluation satisfaction was 3.13,ranking at the middle level（with total score 5）.The main influencing factors of university teachers＇ performance evaluation satisfaction included： performance evaluation system and performance evaluation in teacher＇s ethics,teaching and scientific research manifestation,evaluation of the main participation,application of the results of performance evaluation,performance appraisal method and feedback of evaluation results to communicate,performance evaluation satisfaction in discipline construction degree of contribution and work of personnel training respects,performance appraisal in social service work aspect manifestation,understand the performance evaluation content and information.The university teachers＇ performance evaluation satisfaction were significantly different among the teachers of different subjects,technical post and age（P0.05）.Conclusions Some effective measures should be taken to improve the satisfaction of performance evaluation and the development of teachers and schools.
