摘要
目的通过学生对学校教育环境的具体情况进行定期反馈,探讨某医科大学低年级学生对医学教育环境的满意度情况。方法采用教育环境评估量表对某医科大学464名一年级学生和481名二年级学生进行评估。结果结果量表总得分为117.38分,在5个分领域量表中得分最高的为学生对教师的知觉,得分最低的为学生对学业的自我知觉;一年级学生在对学习、教师、学习氛围的知觉和对社交的自我知觉4个领域得分均高于二年级学生(均有P<0.05);另外,女生对学业的自我知觉领域得分低于男生(t=2.73,P=0.007)。结论该研究结果为学校制定和改善教育环境的政策和措施提供了一定的依据。
Objective As educational environment strongly affects student achievement and success,it is important to get feedback from students on how they experience the educational environment.Methods The Dundee Ready Education Environment Measure(DREEM) Inventory was administered to 464 first-year and 481 second-year students in a medical university.Results The total mean DREEM scores were 117.38,the highest score was students' perceptions of teachers and the lowest score was assigned to students' social self-perceptions in the five subscales.Compared to second-year students,first-year students scored significantly higher on perceptions of learning,teachers,atmosphere and social self-perceptions(P0.05).In addition,female students were significantly less compared to males in the score of students' academic self-perception(t=2.73,P=0.007).Conclusions The results of this study provided a useful basis for establishing policies and measures.
