摘要
对1Cr15Ni4Mo3N不锈钢(/%:0.11~0.16C、0.50~1.25Mn、≤0.70Si、4.0~5.0Ni、14.5—15.5Cr、2.3~2.8Mo、0.05~0.1N)Ф60—90mm棒材随机抽取58炉次进行化学分析,同时对各炉次钢材纵向力学性能试样进行1070℃1h空冷,-70℃4h冷处理,再进行200℃2h回火,并测定其力学性能。通过统计回归分析,得出该钢材成分与力学性能之间的回归方程。
The analysis on elements content in 58 heats stainless steel 1Cr15Ni4Mo3N (/% : 0. 11 -0. 16C, 0. 50 - 1.25Mn, ≤0. 70Si, 4. 0 -5.0Ni, 14. 5 - 15.5Cr, 2. 3 -2. 8Mo, 0. 05 -0. 1N) random-sampling from Ф60 -90 mm bars are carried out, while the longitudinal mechanical properties of each heat products heat-treated with 1 070 ℃ 1 h, air cooling, -70 ℃ 4 h cold treatment then 200℃2 h tempering are measured. The regression equations between the chemical composition and the mechanical properties of steel are obtained by statistic regression analysis.
