摘要
根据纸机的工艺结构及要求,设计了基于Profibus现场总线的纸机传动控制系统。该系统采用三级控制方案。以三点传动组为例,通过分析负荷分配控制的原理,说明了基于转矩控制的负荷分配控制方式;并结合实际,采用光纤主从宏的连接方法;最终设计并实现了对纸机负荷分配的控制。实际运行结果表明,所设计的系统控制稳定性好、可靠性高,较好地满足了系统对纸机控制精度和稳定性的要求。
According to the structure of technological process and requirement of the paper machine,the transmission control system based on Profibus three-stage control scheme has been designed.Through analyzing the mechanism of load distribution controlling,with three-point transmission group as example,the load distribution control mode based on torque control is described.Combining with the practice,by adopting optical fiber master/slave macro connection,the load distribution control of paper machine is realized.The result of operation indicates that the system features good stability and high reliability,it well satisfies the requirements of stability and control accuracy for paper machine system.
