潜艇长圆型舱门密封间隙研究

摘要 对潜艇内部平面耐压舱壁上的长圆门在一舱进水条件下的密封间隙进行研究,使用弹簧元模拟卡箍的力学行为,采用有限元方法考察设计状态下,门盖与围栏之间的间隙分布,并分析门盖板厚度以及结构形式对密封间隙的影响规律。研究表明:在计算工况下,卡箍处因总力平衡需要产生基础间隙,该间隙主要受载荷大小和卡箍弹簧刚度的影响;门盖在静水压力载荷作用下因自身变形产生了间隙的另一部分,该部分间隙的分布主要受门盖厚度和结构形式的影响。门盖板的厚度和结构形式影响门盖应力分布和间隙分布,厚度越大,周向边缘壳板的应力水平越小,间隙的最大值也越小。 The seal gap of long round door on submarine's internal plane surface pressure bulkhead was studied under condition of water entered into one cabin. The spring element was used to simulate the mechanical behavior of the clamp. The gap distribution between the door cover and the fence was investigated with the finite element method in design. The law of gap distribution influenced by the door cover thickness and structural configuration were made. The investigation re- suits show that the based gap at clamp will be generated for balance of force. The part of the gap is mainly affected by load size and stiffness of the spring clamp. Another part of the gap is come from door cover' s deformation under the static fluid load. The stress and part of the gap distribution is affected by structural configuration and thickness of door cover. The larger is the thickness ,the smaller is the stress level at shell round sides, also the maximum gap is more small.
