机织工序中纱线毛羽的再生与控制

服装面料质量受原料、纱线、印染等各环节的影响,其中纱线影响较大。文章从纱线毛羽对机织物布面效果及对印染质量的影响出发,分析了在机织各工序中纱线毛羽产生的原因,提出了控制并减少纱线毛羽的有效措施,以期提高织造效率,提高服装面料质量,为企业创造更高的经济效益。

Influences of clothing quality include raw material, yarn and dyeing and printing and so on, of which yarn affects it greatly. And base on the influences of yam hairiness and dyeing and printing on the fabric surface, reasons causing yarn hairiness in various weaving processes and effective measures to control and reduce yam hairiness are analyzed to improve weave efficiency and clothing quality and create a higher economic efficiency for the enterprise.
