介绍了国产第一台细络联SMARO-1型自动络筒机的设备性能及优越性。该机采用了先进的控制技术,对工艺和纱路进行了全新设计,机械结构简洁,智能化水平和稳定性提高,实现了对纱线的全程监控,筒纱质量、生产效率和自动化水平得到提高,能耗降低。
In this paper are introduced the performances of China＇ s first SMAR0 - 1 auto-winder on spinning and winding line. This auto-winder fully new designed by use of new advanced control technique, new processing technology and yarn path is of simplified structure and high level of stability and intelligence, and able to fully monitor the yarn processing, and thus improved the cone yarn quality, winding efficiency and automation level and reduced energy cost.
