摘要 采集黑龙江省典型生境沼气池污泥及原始湿地淤泥样品43份,在低温(10~20℃)下进行富集培养。试验共富集5代,结果表明:pH值无明显波动,未出现酸化现象;随着富集代数的增加,启动时间逐渐缩短,产气量增大,F5的总产气量最大累计产气338 ml,F4为253 ml,F3为197 ml,F2为163 ml,F1最少,只有100 ml,各代间达到显著水平;甲烷含量也随之增加,F1平均甲烷含量只有45%左右,F2甲烷含量有所升高,达到50%,F5甲烷含量达到65%。 43 samples of biogas digester sludge and pristine wetlands sludge were collected from the typical habitats of Heilongjiang province, and enrichment cultured at low temperature(10-20 ℃). Five generations were enriched in the experiment, the results showed that there was no significant fluctuation of the pH value, and no acidification phenomena; with the increase of enrichment generations ,the start time shorten gradually, and gas production increased. The total gas production of F5 was the maximum, with 338 ml, then F4 was 253 ml, F3 was 197 ml, F2 was163 ml and Flwas the least, 100 ml, and the gas production reached significant level between generations, the methane content also increased, the average methane content of F1 was about 45%, the F2 increased to 50%, and the F5 reached to 65%.
