HPLC测定参归胶囊中丹参酮ⅡA的含量

Content Dertermination of Tanshinone ⅡA in Shengui Capsule by HPLC

目的建立参归胶囊中丹参酮ⅡA的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Kromasil C18柱(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm),以甲醇-水(78∶22)为流动相,流速0.8 mL/min,柱温35℃,检测波长为268 nm。结果丹参酮ⅡA在0.069～0.414μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9998)。平均回收率为98.99%,RSD=0.81%(n=6)。结论本方法操作简便,结果可靠,重复性好,可用于参归胶囊的质量控制。

Objective To establish a method for determination of tanshinone ⅡA in Shengui Capsule by HPLC. Methods A HPLC method was used with Kromasil C18 column （4.6 mm×150 mm, 5 ？m）. The mobile phase was consisted of methanol-water （78∶22）, with flow rate of 0.8 mL/min. The temperature of the column was 35 ℃. The UV detector wavelength was at 268 nm. Results Tanshinone ⅡA has good linear relationship in the range of 0.069-0.414 ？g （r=0.999 8）. The average recovery was 98.99%, RSD was 0.81% （n=6）. Conclusion The method is simple, reliable, reproducible, and can be used to the quality control of Shengui Capsule.
