论高校学生工作中的改革创新

高校学生工作必须紧紧围绕培养社会主义事业合格建设者和可靠接班人这一根本目标来开展。不断开拓进取、改革创新,以适应新时期学生工作的现实需要是其应有之意。创新应当包括思想观念、体制机制、内容方式、队伍建设、理论研究等诸多方面。近年来,西南大学大力开展"六个好一"工程,对创新学生工作进行了一些有益的探索和尝试,有利于开创学生工作的新局面。

College student work must center on the ultimate end of higher education, ie producing competent talents for the construction of Chinese socialism. Pioneering and enterprising spirit should be constantly cultivated and innovations should be made in ideology, institution, mechanism, content, methodology, staff building and theoretical research so as to accommodate the real needs of today＇s student work. These years, Southwest University has been vigorously promoting the ＂Six-Virtue＂ Project to explore the effective ways of doing student work.
