摘要
:1998年8月7日,九江市长江干堤4~5号闸口间发生溃口,经2万多军民奋战5个昼夜堵口成功,创造了我国堤防溃口堵口史上的奇迹。九江溃口形成7m冲坑,溃口下段地层中含有淤泥质土,为了确保复堤后的堤防工程安全,必须对堤基进行处理。全面阐述了溃口复堤段地形、地质条件,堤防现状,溃口复堤方案,堤线布置,堤型选择,堤基处理,安全监测等设计原则,分析计算成果。并根据1999年汛期(最高水位22.43m,居历史记录第二)监测资料。
On August 7,1998,the dyke breach occurred at the Changjiang main levee in Jiujiang City,Jiangxi Province.With hard struggle of more than 20 thousand fighters of the Chinese People's Liberation army and the Jiujiang town's people,the emergency closure of dyke breach was completed only for 5 days,creating a marvel in the history of dyke breach closure in China.The flow through breached dyke rushed out a 7-m-deep scour pit.For the reason of silty soil existing under the breached dyke,foundation treatment should be carried out in order to guarantee the safety of the reconstructed dyke.This paper comprehensively describes the topography and geographical condition at breached dyke stretch,status quo of the dyke,dyke reconstruction plan,design principles related to layout of dyke axis,selection of dyke type,dyke foundation treatment,and safety monitoring etc.as well as the results of analysis and computation.Taking use of the monitored data in 1999 flood season (max.water level of 22.43 m at Jiujiang,ranks second historical records),the qualitative and quantitative analyses of the seepage prevention effect of the reconstructed dyke are carried out.
