社区居民骨科疾病相关知识的健康教育干预研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的 调查社区居民对于骨科疾病及其相关知识的了解程度,并采取相关的健康教育措施,从而提高社区居民的健康知识水平.方法 设计调查问卷对2个社区居民骨科疾病及其相关健康知识的认识情况进行调查,对社区居民进行有针对性的健康教育讲座并发放宣传教育材料的形式进行干预研究,之后对相同问题再次调研,观察提高情况.干预前后分别发出问卷220份.结果 干预前后分别回收调查问卷208、212份.干预前后被访者的性别及文化程度差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05).被调查者干预前平均得分(46.1 ±18.8)分,干预后平均得分(60.1±14.2)分,干预后得分明显高于干预前(P<0.01).干预后大学本科及以上文化程度得分(68.6±9.0)分,大专(61.9±12.5)分,中学或中专(59.6±15.0)分,小学及以下(58.1±13.6)分,大专及以上文化程度人群得分高于中学及以下文化程度人群.结论 采用社区健康知识教育讲座及发放宣传教育材料的方法可以切实提高社区居民的健康知识水平,对于文化程度较高的人群提高更为明显. Objective To survey the knowledge of the orthopedic disease and related healthy knowledge among community residents.Related health education measures are taken to improve the health knowledge of community residents.Methods Totally 220 questionnaires of the knowledge of bone disease and related health conditions were sent to the community residents.Afterwards a healthy education lecture was held for the residents and 220 healthy materials were sent out.Results We received 208 and 212 questionnaires.The gender and educational level were not significantly different between the two tests.The mean scores of the first test were (46.1 ± 18.8)scores and (60.1 ± 14.2)scores before and after intervention.Significant difference was observed among participants( P 〈0.01 ).After intervention the tertiary and higher education groups' scores[ ( 68.6 ± 9.0) scores,( 61.9 ± 12.5 )scores vs (59.6 ± 15.0)scores,(58.1 ± 13.6) scores] were higher than those of secondary school education level and below participants.Conclusion The community health education lecture and healthy educational materials can effectively improve the health knowledge of community residents,particularly among people with high education.
