三级（大型）综合医院麻醉科手术中心结构探讨——以深圳市滨海医院为例

麻醉手术中心作为现代整体医疗流程中的一个最重要中心环节，其建设向来受到相关管理部门的高度重视，是整个医院建设工程的重中之重。其建设内容主要包括手术室科学合理选址，建筑布局和净化装修规范达标，学科设置与定位，设备配置，数字信息化建设，开业运营费制订及人才引进等。作者重点从专业视角总结深圳市滨海医院麻醉手术中心的筹建做法与心得，并对筹建过程中遇到的一些问题做初步探讨。

As one of the most important part in the modem medical process, the layout and construction of an Anesthesiaoperating room centre in a large multi-disciplinary hospital is highly valued by the hospital administrators. The major preparatory works include the selection of an appropriate building site, building construction and decoration, disciplinary management, medical supplies procurement and clinical information system construction, etc. Shenzhen Binhai Hospital is a large multi-disciplinary hospital with a total in-patient bed of 2000. It is constructed and mn by Shenzhen municipal government. After several years ＇of planning and construction, it will open at the end of 2011. The purpose of this article is to summarize the preparatory work and to make exploration for some issues emerged in the process of anesthesia-operating room centre construction.
