摘要
目的:探讨丝裂霉素(MMC)对人喉鳞状细胞癌Hep-2细胞活性的影响。方法:采用体外细胞培养实验方法,应用MTT、台盼蓝拒染等技术检测MMC对Hep-2细胞活力的影响,同时应用nm23免疫组化染色检测nm23蛋白的表达水平。结果:Hep-2细胞在MMC作用下,48h后细胞死亡率达90%,nm23蛋白在喉癌细胞中随MMC作用时间的延续表达量增多。结论:丝裂霉素影响人喉癌细胞(Hep-2)的生长,降低Hep-2细胞的活性而达到治疗作用。
Objective. To mitomycin C (MMC) in human laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma Hep-2 cell activity. Methods: Experimental methods in vitro cell culture, application MTT, Trypan blue staining techniques detect MMC on Hep-2 cell viability, while application of immunohistochemical detection of nm23 nm23 protein expression. Resultst Hep-2 cells in the MMC under the action of cell death after 48 hours of 90%, nm23 protein in laryngeal cancer cells with MMC in the role of increased expression of continuity of time. Conclusion. Mitomycin affect human laryngeal carcinoma cells(Hep-2)growth, reducing the activity of Hep-2 cells to achieve therapeutic effect.
