诊室外血压的测量(1):动态血压监测的认识与理解 被引量：2

摘要 血压测量是最重要的测量之一,诊室血压(CBP)已不能反应高血压患者的真实血压水平和心血管风险,诊室外血压的测量[1]包括24h动态血压监测(ABPM)和家庭自测血压(HBPM),因其能较好的反映患者的真实血压变化与靶细胞损害相关性好,能预测心血管疾病的发病率和死亡率,从而有效的弥补了诊室血压测量的不足,受到临床的高度关注与重视。目前,ABPM仪器和技术随着科技的进步已日趋完善和规范,ABPM将广泛用于临床并使广大高血压患者获益。
