放疗致颈动脉粥样硬化的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 放疗是治疗头颈部恶性肿瘤的主要方法之一,但大量的临床和基础研究提示放射线可促使血管内皮活化,并在炎性反应和氧化损伤机制的参与下促进颈动脉粥样硬化的发生、发展,从而增加发生脑血管事件的风险。该文就有关头颈部放疗与颈动脉粥样硬化性损伤关系的研究进行综述。
