B和T淋巴细胞弱化因子的研究进展
摘要
B和T淋巴细胞弱化因子(BTLA)是新近发现的CD28家族成员,是与细胞毒T淋巴细胞相关抗原-4及程序性死亡分子-1类似的抑制性受体,在抑制淋巴细胞活化及维持免疫耐受等方面具有重要作用,是目前免疫学研究的热点之一。现就BTLA及其配体的结构、功能及其与免疫相关性疾病的关系进行综述。
