基于FSK和DTMF制式的矿用语音扩播及远程控制系统

摘要 为了满足矿用语音扩播及远程控制的需求,设计了以FSK制式信号解码技术为核心的远程控制系统。该系统采用了HT9032C芯片作为FSK信号的解码芯片,配合高性能单片机C8051F310来完成来电和控制信息的接收和处理。此外,还实现了以DTMF制式信号编码为基础的拨号、一键拨号、紧急报警等功能,集成了点阵显示、矩阵键盘、音频功率放大器等外部输入/输出设备。研究结果表明,该系统可以较好地实现地面对井下以及井下各巷道间的语音通信与远程控制。 In order to meet the requirement of the broadcast used in mine and remote control, the remote control system which uses the FSK signal decoding technology as the core of the remote control system was designed. The HT9032C decoder chip was used to decord the FSK signal,and be together with C8051F310 MCU to finish receiving and dealing with the FSK code information. Moreover,it was realized that the function of dialing, emergency alarm and etc. , which are based on the DTMF signal encoding technology,and many input and output devices were integrated including a LED matrix display, matrix keyboard, external audio power amplifier and etc.. The results show that all these make the voice communication and remote control between the zround and the under^round .or among the underground tunnels realized well.
