华东地区大学生公寓户型优化研究

Research on optimization of apartment types for college students in east of China

结合华东地区大学生公寓现状,以嘉兴学院为例,从大学生公寓户型、大学生心理行为模式、建筑元素和人体的功能尺寸等角度出发,对华东地区大学生公寓户型优化做了初步研究,提出了应注重"以人为本"的设计理念。

Combining with the current status for the apartments of college students in east China,the paper has the primary research on the optimization of the apartment types of college students in east of China from the apartment types of college students,the psychological behaviors models of college students,the architectural elements and the function sizes of human bodies by taking Jiaxing College as the example,and points out the human-oriented design idea.
