Analysis on the method by using the corridor to design the economical housing

研究了利用走道设计经济型户型的方法,通过调整房间布局、玄关位置和主卫位置,减少了室内次要使用功能空间———走道的面积,使户型在损失一定功能性和舒适性的前提下,降低了室内总面积,使户型变得更加经济,对户型设计工作及房地产企业开发决策工作有参考意义。

Studies the method of using corridor to design economic model,through changing the layout of rooms and the location of the entrance of the living room and the bathroom in the bedroom,the area of the corridor is reduced that is the secondary space in the respect of use function and the total area of the housing is reduced in the condition of the loss of use function and comfortable degree.This makes the housing more economical and has important value for the housing design and the decision of the real-estate development company.
