超临界CO_2流体萃取香榧油的工艺优化 被引量:4

Optimization of technology for extraction oil from torreya grandis by supercritical carbon dioxide fluid

摘要 以香榧种仁为原料,研究超临界CO2流体萃取香榧油的工艺条件。利用单因素实验与正交实验进行优化,得到最佳工艺参数为:萃取压力30MPa,萃取温度40℃,CO2流量25L/h,萃取时间3h。在此条件下香榧油得率为47.19%。各因素对香榧油得率的影响次序为:萃取压力>萃取温度>萃取时间>CO2流量。 To make use of torreya grandis seed kernel as material,extraction technology of oil from the seed kernel by supercritical carbon dioxide fluid was studied by using single factor and orthogonal experiments. Results indicated that the optimum extraction pressure was 30MPa, extraction temperature was 40℃,the flow rate of CO2 was 25L/h,extraction time was 3h.Under the above process conditions,the extraction yield of torreya grandis seed kernel oil reached a maximum at 47.19%.The effects of four key factors on extraction yield of oil declined in the following order.extraction pressure 〉 extraction temperature 〉 extraction duration 〉 the flow rate of CO2.
