摘要
为了研究不同浓度茉莉酸甲酯(MeJA)处理对鲜切甘薯伤害防御反应的影响,将甘薯切割成1cm×1cm×1cm的块状,在低浓度(15μmol/L)MeJA和高浓度(150μmol/L)MeJA下贮藏,每隔1d测定自由基清除系统工具酶(POD、CAT、APX、SOD)的活性、膜质过氧化程度、H2O2含量和多酚氧化酶(PPO)活性。实验结果表明,高浓度MeJA处理的鲜切甘薯可以显著提高CAT、APX、POD和PPO酶活性,抑制H2O2含量增加;SOD活性没有显著变化。高浓度MeJA处理可有效诱导防御反应发生,同时,通过提高自由基清除系统工具酶活性,使膜脂过氧化程度减轻;低浓度MeJA处理效果不显著。综合分析认为,150μmol/LMeJA是诱导鲜切甘薯防御反应产生的适宜处理浓度,作为一种新型诱变剂可以应用于鲜切果蔬的生产实践。
In order to study the effect of the different concentrations of methyl jasmonate(MeJA) treatment on the wounding defense reaction of fresh-cut sweet potatoes, the sweet potatoes were cut to cubes of 1 cm × 1cm × 1cm,at low concentrations(15μmol/L) MeJA and high concentrations(150μmol/L) MeJA concentration of storage, measured free radical scavenging systems tool enzyme such as peroxidase (POD), catalse (CAT), supiroxide dismutase(SOD), ascrobate peroxidase (APX), membrane lipid peroxidation, H2O2 and polyphenol oxidase (PPO) at every other day.The results showed that high concentrations of MeJA processing fresh-cut sweet potatoes could significantly improve CAT,APX, POD and PRO activities and restrain H2O2 increasing rapid;but it could not affect significantly superoxide dismutase activity ( SOD). High concentration of MeJA could effectively induce plant defense response,and thus decrease the level of cell membrane lipid peroxidation.High concentration of MeJA could not affect significantly.It was concluded the wounding defense response for sweet potatoes, as that MeJA, under the suitable concentration,could induce a new mutagen could be applied to fresh-cut food and vegetable production practice.
