摘要
对玉米麸皮、米糠、麦麸、胡萝卜渣、葡萄皮渣、苹果渣等一些植物性食品加工过程中产生的副产物的综合开发利用问题予以综述,探讨了在食品工业、医疗、化工等方面的应用,并对其开发利用前景进行了展望。
Utilization and development of by-products from plant-derived food processing such as maize bran, rice bran, wheat bran, carrot residue, grape skin residue, apple pomace, etc. were comprehensively reviewed. Applications were explored in food industry, medical industry and the other fields.Prospects of development and utilization were also elaborated.
