摘要
蛋壳是一种丰富的钙源,可以用来制备各种有机酸钙。综述了有机酸钙的性质、应用及其多种制取方法,为今后对蛋壳的进一步研究和利用提供参考。
Eggshell is rich in calcium,which can be used to make a variety of organic acid calcium.The property, application and making method of these organic acid calcium with eggshell were introduced ,which were helpful to the further study and application of eggshell.
