环境水体中霍乱弧菌监测方法 被引量:1

摘要 霍乱(cholera)是由霍乱弧菌(Vibrio cholerae)所引起的烈性肠道传染病,发病急、传播快、波及范围广,自1817年至今已发生七次世界大流行。霍乱弧菌作为霍乱的病原菌,根据菌体(O)抗原不同,已分出200个以上的O血清群,但仅发现产霍乱毒素(choleratoxin,CT)的O1群与O139群霍乱弧菌可引发霍乱的流行。
