色差计法测定注射用益气复脉(冻干)溶液的颜色

Determination of Yiqi Fumai Injection Color by Colorimeter

目的:建立色差计测定注射用益气复脉(冻干)溶液颜色的方法。方法:以黄色标准比色液为标准,测定测定注射用益气复脉(冻干)溶液颜色,考察方法的精密度、重复性和稳定性,并采用该方法对20批注射用益气复脉(冻干)进行检测。结果:本文所用色差法测定益气复脉(冻干)溶液颜色方法学考察结果满意,对20批样品进行检测效果良好。结论:色差计法测定注射用益气复脉(冻干)溶液颜色精密度高、重复性和稳定性好,值得采用。

Objective： To establish a method to measure the color of Yiqi Fumai injection by colorimeter.Method： Establish the upper limit by taking yellow colorimetric solution as standard,study the precision,repeatability and stability of this method,and measure the color of 20 batches of Yiqi Fumai injection by this method.Results： The precision,repeatability and stability of this method meet the requirements and the result of 20 batches of Yiqi Fumai injection is good.Conclusion： The colorimeter determination method established is with high precision,repeatability and stability,so it can be used in quality control of Yiqi Fumai injection.
