摘要
厌氧颗粒污泥是由产甲烷菌、产乙酸菌和水解发酵菌等构成的自凝聚体,其良好的沉淀性能和产甲烷活性是升流式厌氧污泥床反应器成功的关键。颗粒污泥的化学组成和微生物相对其结构和维持起着重要作用。颗粒化过程是一个多阶段过程,取决于废水组成、操作条件等因素。综述了近年来厌氧颗粒污泥及其形成机理的研究进展,内容包括厌氧颗粒污泥的基本特性和微生物相、厌氧颗粒污泥结构及其颗粒化过程。
Anaerobic granular sludge are self immobilized consortia of methanogens, syntrophic acetogens and hydrolytic fermentative bacteria. The good sedimentation and methanogenic activity of granules are key factors for an up flow anaerobic sludge blanket reactor. The chemical and microbiological compositions of granules are of significance in the formation and the maintenance of granules structure. Granulation is a multi phase process, depending on factors such as wastewater composition,operating condition etc.. This paper is a review of recet research advance on the characters and mechanism of formation of anaerobic granular sludge, concerning the fundamental charaerobic, the microbiological composition, the structure and the granulation process of anaerobic granular sludge.
