响应面分析法优化石香薷总黄酮提取工艺研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的:确定石香薷总黄酮的最佳提取工艺条件。方法:以乙醇回流提取法提取石香薷总黄酮。采用分光光度法测定总黄酮的含量,以总黄酮提取得率为考察指标,考察溶媒浓度、倍数、提取时间、提取次数等因素对石香薷总黄酮提取得率的影响,利用响应面分析法优化提取工艺,确定总黄酮的最佳提取工艺。结果:石香薷总黄酮的最佳提取工艺为:加药材33倍量的60%乙醇,于90℃水浴回流提取1次,每次2.2h。此工艺下小鱼仙草总黄酮的提取得率达37.85 mg/g。结论:该工艺提取得率高、操作简便,易于工业化大生产。 Objective:To optimize the extraction conditions of flavonoids from Mosla chinensis Maxim.Method:Solvent quantity,extraction time and times of extraction as investigation factors had been raised to extract the total flavonoids determined by the method of spectrophotometry.The procedure for the extraction was performed with the extraction yield of total flavonoids as the response.Response surface method(RSM) was applied to determine the optimum extraction process.Result:The optimum extraction condition was as follows: concentration of alcohol was 60%,extraction 1 time,2.2 hours each time,ratio of liquid to solid 33 at 90℃.The extraction rate of flavonoids under this condition was 37.85 mg/g.Conclution:The method to extract flavonoids from Mosla chinensis Maxim is simple and feasible.It can provide the scientific basis for further development of Mosla chinensis Maxim.
