The article reviewed the extraction methods and the detection methods of Tanshinone ⅡA at home and aborad;preclinical pharmacokinetic and human pharmacokinetic study at home and aborad were also reviewed in this article,providing reference for the tissue distribution and metabolism of Tanshinone ⅡA.
