Wiry pulse as one of the important pulses in diagnosis of TCM is very commom in clinical and become the hotspot in modern research.It＇s a quite achievement in researching the wiry pulse by modern technology.The mechanism,pulse graph and clinical achievement were reviewed in this paper.
