天麻钩藤饮治疗肝阳上亢型高血压病疗效观察

Hyperactivity Hypertension Treated by Decoction of Tianma Gouteng(TGD)

目的:探讨天麻钩藤饮治疗肝阳上亢型高血压的临床疗效。方法:将我院2009年11月-2010年12月收治的60例肝阳上亢型高血压患者随机分为对照组与治疗组,每组30例。对照组给予西药非洛地平治疗,治疗组给予天麻钩藤饮治疗3,个月为1个疗程,两组均治疗2个疗程。观察两组治疗前后收缩压和舒张压变化、检测血浆一氧化氮(NO)和内皮素(ET)含量,检测超氧化物歧化酶(SOD),对患者治疗前后生活质量进行评分,并评价临床疗效。结果:两组治疗后的血压、NO、ET、SOD、生活质量评分均较治疗前有显著改善(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组的血压、ET、SOD及总有效与对照组无显著性差异(P>0.05);治疗后,治疗组的NO、生活质量评分及显效率均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:天麻钩藤饮治疗肝阳上亢型高血压的临床疗效好,值得推广使用。

Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of TGD to treat hyperactivity hypertension.Methods： 60 cases with hyperactivity hypertension were divided into control group and treatment group in our hospital from November 2009 to December 2010,and 30 cases were in each group.The control group was given felodipine while the treatment group received TGD treatment,and 3 months is a course.Both of groups were treated for two courses.Observe the changes in systolic and diastolic blood pressure,plasma nitric oxide（NO） and endothelin（ET） levels,detection of superoxide dismutase（SOD）,give a mark on the quality of life and evaluate the clinical effect.Results：After the treatment,blood pressure,NO,ET,SOD,quality of life scores significantly improved than those before the treatment（P0.05）;after the treatment,the treatment group blood pressure,ET,SOD and total effective had no significant differences,compared to the control group（P0.05）;on the contrary,after the treatment,NO,quality of life scores and the effective rate in the treatment group were significantly better than those of the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion： The clinical efficacy of TGD to treat hyperactivity hypertension is good and should be applied in the clinical.
