垃圾焚烧发电厂二噁英控制方案的技术经济分析 被引量:15

摘要 严格控制二噁英类污染物的排放,是顺利推进垃圾焚烧发电厂建设及运行的难点和重点。对民众而言,如何最大程度地降低二噁英的排放是其关注的内容;对企业而言,如何经济有效地控制二噁英的排放是其关注的主要任务。以活性炭喷射吸附二噁英和选择性催化分解二噁英(简称催化分解方案)为主导结合常规尾气处理技术是垃圾焚烧发电厂控制二噁英排放的2种主要的末端方案。并以每天700t焚烧能力的垃圾焚烧发电厂为例,综合比较了上述2种方案,包括技术特征和处理效果;计算2种方案的设备成本、运行成本、等值年成本对垃圾焚烧发电厂运行的经济影响。指出催化分解方案的监督运行成本较低、总体减排效果更显著,因此在中国经济发达地区和环境质量要求较高的区域可试行催化分解方案。
