摘要
以煤矿特殊巷道乘人装置的主驱动绳轮为研究对象,利用机械优化软件ANSYS建立主驱动绳轮的力学模型并对其进行了有限元分析,同时研究了主驱动绳轮的结构尺寸对其应力和变形的影响,找出影响主驱动绳轮应力的主要结构参数,进而以最大应力为约束条件,以质量最小为优化目标对主驱动绳轮进行了主参优化设计。
Based on the main driving rope wheel of manned device in mine specific tunnel, mechanical model of the main drive rope wheel under practical working condition is established, and the finite element analysis is also fulfilled by using the mechanic optimize software ANSYS. The influence of main drive rope wheel's structural dimension on its stress and deformation is studied and researched, and finds out the main structural parameters which react mostly on drive rope wheel's stress distribution, and that finished main parameters optimizing design on the main drive rope wheel aiming at the minimum quality with constraint of maximum stress.
