摘要
针对目前煤矿井下矩形隔爆壳体类的高电压电器设备的用量增加,为了避免沿用传统设计法形成的隐患。提出了应用弹性力学等原理对矩形隔爆壳体进行初始设计,利用设计参数建模并进行有限元分析,根据分析结果调整设计参数,并校验以满足使用要求,达到既能保证安全性又能实现经济性的目的。实践证明,效果良好。
The passage is aimed at the increased use of the traditional design methoci tor me nlgnvoltage electrical equipment of rectangle explosion-proof housing type in the current coal mine. In order to avoid the traditional design method to form the hidden risks,we propose the application of elastic force of the initial rectangular flameproof housing design, using finite element analysis in modeling and design parameters, according to the analysis results, we adjust the design parameters, and calibrate to meet the requirements, both to ensure safety but also to achieve economic objectives. Practice has proved that good effects.
