摘要 发动机悬置支架是汽车中的重要部件,其强度及刚度十分关键。根据优化设计思想,推导出尺寸优化的一般公式。运用Hypermesh软件对某型车悬置支架结构进行了分析,研究了悬置支架模型的简化以及考虑支架在实际工况下的强度,在满足应力要求的前提下,完成了支架的优化设计,指导悬置支架的设计开发,取得了良好的效果。 Engine mounting bracket plays an important role in the car, and it's strength and stmness are even more critical, According to the optimization design idea, a common formula of size optimization was deduced. And the structure of a car's mounting bracket was analyzed by using Hypermesh software and the simplification of the bracket model as well as structure strength consideration of the bracket in real work condition was studied. After meeting the stress required, the optimal design of the bracket was finished, at the same time, reached good results by guiding the design of the mounting bracket.
