摘要
针对旋流泵系列化设计的需求,根据旋流泵设计经验,采用SolidWorks软件特征建模方法,建立了叶轮与蜗壳的三维数字化模型。进而,采用数学方程式,借助于尺寸参数和工程设计参数控制其几何模型。采用Visual Basic进行SolidWorks软件二次开发,通过SolidWorks API接口和尺寸驱动技术,自动更新叶轮和蜗壳的三维模型,实现了旋流泵的参数化设计。
Three dimensional model of impeller and casing are created to meet with series design of turbulence pump based on design experience and feature modeling of SolidWorks. The impeller model and casing model are controlled by dimension and design parameters using mathematical equations. The parametrical design of turbulence pump impeller and casing is realized by means of application development of SolidWorks, through API interface and dimension-driven technology, which makes 3D model of impeller and casing automatically updatable.
