二齿差摆动活齿传动的虚拟装配与运动学仿真

摘要 根据二齿差摆动活齿传动的工作原理及结构特点,在Pro/E环境下,对二齿差摆动活齿传动系统进行三维实体建模,通过虚拟装配检查在装配过程中和装配完成后是否存在干涉,并对传动系统进行运动学仿真,对仿真结果进行分析。验证了二齿差摆动活齿传动结构设计的可行性和合理性。所提出的研究方法能及早地发现设计缺陷、缩短设计周期和降低开发成本,也适用于其他机构虚拟样机的设计。 According to transmission principle and structure characteristics of two-tooth dltterence swing movable teeth transmission, three-dimensional solid modeling and virtual assembly of two-tooth difference swing movable teeth transmission system were carried out in Pro/E environment. Kinematics simulation of transmission system was performed. With help of virtual assembly and kinematics simulation of transmission system, interference checking was made through with. The simulation results were analyzed and show that structure design of two-tooth difference swing movable teeth transmission is feasible and rational. By using study method put forward , design defects can be found earlier, design cycle can be shorten and cost of product development can be reduced. The method can be applied to virtual prototype design of other mechanisms also.
