摘要
在建立装载机传动轴扭矩信号采集分析系统的基础上,对装载机典型工况进行了实机测试,应用nsoft软件对试验数据进行了分段与合并处理、滤波与去异值处理以及数据平稳性检验,采用加权求和方法对等间隔子样以及各子样中的作业循环数据进行了处理,制取了装载机典型循环工况下的传动轴扭矩时间历程。
On the basis of established torque acquisition and analysis system for loader drive shaft, we had an actual loader test at typical work conditions, and applied the software of nsoft to process test data, including dividing and merging section, filtering and removing abnormal value, inspecting data stationary, then we processed the data of equal interval subsample and work cycle data of each subsample with weight sum method, and prepared torque time course of loader drive shafts at typical cycle work conditions.
