基于GMM的电液伺服阀转换器的研究

摘要 GMM是一种重要的功能材料,现已广泛应用于航空航天、精密制造以及液压伺服控制系统。根据GMM的特性,介绍了应用于液压伺服阀控制系统的超磁致伸缩转换器的设计,建立了超磁致伸缩转换器的静态模型和动态模型,对其数学模型进行了分析。并利用MATLAB软件中SIMULINK模块建立其仿真模型进行仿真分析。 Giant Magnetostrictive Material (GMM) is an important type of functional materials,and has been widely used in aviation,precision manufacturing and control system of hydraulic servo. According to characteristic of GMM. This paper describes designing of Magnetostrictive actuator which be used in control system of hydraulic servo. Secondly, the static modles and dynamic models of Magnetostrictive actuator are established and its mathematical model is analyzed.and then using MATLAB SIMLINK software to analgsis simulation model.
