摘要
介绍了一种用于动臂变幅起重机的板梁式吊钩,首先阐述了它的结构组成,在此基础上对板梁式吊钩进行了受力分析,证明内侧板组件的稳定性决定吊钩整体的稳定性,最后对内侧板组件的板梁结构在弹性范围内进行了特征值屈曲分析,为吊钩的实际应用提供了理论依据。
A hook-device with plate-beam structure for the luffing jib crane was introduced. The hookdevice's structure was illuminated. On this basis, the mechanical analysis of the hook-device with plate-beam structure is finished. It proves the stability of inside-plate subassembly is determinant to the stability of the whole hook-device. Lastly, the article is carried out the eigenvalue buckling analysis to the plate-beam structure of the inside-plate subassembly in the elastic domain. These results will provide a theory basis for the practical application of the hook-device.
