摘要
介绍目前大型矿井所使用的单驱动齿辊式破碎机的结构形式,分析其关键部件传动齿轮的重要作用,探讨引起传动齿轮失效的几个因素,在此基础上提出针对破碎机齿轮失效应改进的措施,从而提高单驱动齿辊破碎机的可靠性。
To introduce structure type of single driver roll crusher used by currently large-scale mines. Analyses the important role of its key components such as gear. Discussion the factors caused gear failure. On this basis, proposed for the improve measures to the crusher gear failure, to improve the reliability of single driver roll crushers.
