摘要
针对铰接式电动轮制动器半径大、转速高的特点,通过对盘式制动器连续制动过程中的摩擦过程进行分析,并考虑了摩擦因数温度特性与对流换热的影响,利用有限元软件模拟了盘式制动器连续10次制动过程,得到了制动器摩擦表面温度场分布与温度在制动器厚度方向上的传递过程。
By analyzing the friction process of the brake disk and brake pad during the cycle braking of brake, take friction coefficient's temperature property of friction pairs and the effect of convective heat transfer on temperature rise into consideration, the process of disc brake 10-cycle braking that a disc brake of articulated dynamic wheel which having the characteristics of large radius and high rotational speed is simulated by finite element software, obtained the distribution of the temperature and the process of temperature transfer in the direction of thickness.
