介绍了高效转子式选粉机及传动系统的结构和原理,分析了产品传动系统的可靠性,计算了高效转子式选粉机传动系统的可靠度和平均故障时间,并与产品实际故障时间进行对比,为产品可靠性设计和维护提供了依据。
The structure and principle of a high efficient rotor-type separator anti the transmission system are described, the product reliability of the transmission system is analyzed, the reliability and the mean time are calculated between failure of the transmission system of the high efficient rotor-type separator, and it was compared with the actual time to failure of the product,provides the basis for the reliability design and maintenance of the product.
