摘要
针对镗轴类工件尺寸大、精度要求高而难以加工的问题,利用数控加工设备的工序集中化的特点,总结出适合重量大、结构复杂的镗轴类工件的加工方法和检测手段,制定初步的数控加工工艺方案并对方案进行优化设计,以实现镗轴工件的合理、高效、优质的数控加工。
Problem of large size, high requirement of accuracy so that hard machining about boring axle, take advantage of production processes centralization of NC equipment management. Summarize process method and atestwith adapt to big weight and complex structure of boring axle, formulate project N/C processing preliminary, provide a kind of optimal design way in order to rational,highly active,high quality to NC Machine of boring axle.
