摘要
针对高速铣削加工的特点,论述了数控加工切削参数与走刀路径的选取原则,利用UG CAM对实例进行仿真加工,最后通过VERICUT仿真加工质量检查验证了程序的正确性和加工质量的精确度。
In accordance with characteristics for high-speed milling, discusses the NC tool path and cutting parameters selection principle,use UG CAM simulation processing the example.Finally through VERICUT by simulation processing quality checks to verify the correctness of the program and the quality of precision machining.
