摘要
分析原有减速器的轴承受力和失效,原有选型布置轴承的游隙对齿轮啮合的影响,原有行星架轴承对浮封环密封的破坏。分别给出了较为合理的轴承选型布置,并认为好的轴承选型和布置是以高精度的加工和安装为基础的。
Analyzes force worked on gearbox bearing and failure and how influence mash of gears, as well as how existing planet carrier destroy the existing floating bearing sealing, clearance results a reasonable bearing selection and arrangement. Concludes that right bearing selection and arrangement are dependent on high-accurate machining and installation.
