摘要
当通过操纵阀和护帮千斤顶将护帮板由折回状态转到支护状态时,操纵阀复位后,很多支架往往会出现"低头"现象,造成支护状态时,护帮不接触顶板的"假支护"和护帮板不能有效地保护煤壁、削弱护帮的作用等问题。结合流体力学原理对造成这一现象的原因进行了深入的分析。
When the face-sprag is spread to supportting state from readiness by operating the valve and cylinder,the most powered support may "bow" after the valve handle reset. It caused to the face-sprag can't protect coal wall effectivly as no-touch the wall or roof. Therefore it dulls the supportting effect. The resson that make the phenomenon base on the fluid dynamics principle is analyzed in detail.
