摘要
无速度传感器是电机调速的一个新发展方向,它具有免维护、不受电机和传感器参数影响等优点。矢量控制技术已经发展到实用化阶段,在目前的矢量控制技术中,速度调节器和转矩调节器都采用常规的PI控制器。在工程应用中,整定PI参数较为困难。将遗传优化算法引入矢量控制的速度调节器的参数寻优中,采用自适应遗传算法整定PI参数,仿真结果表明,经遗传优化后的系统具有很好的静、动态性能和鲁棒性。
Motor drive without velocity sensor is a new development direction. It has many advantages of free maintenance and unaffected in parameters of motor and sensor. The technology of vector control has developed in practical stage. At present, the controller of velocity and torque used to be a PI controller. In the engineering application, as we known, it is difficult to adjust the parameter of PI. Genetic algorithm was introduced in parameter optimization of velocity controller of vector control system. Use adaptive genetic algorithm setting the parameters of PI. Simulation result shows that the system has good static and dynamic and robust performance after optimizing by adaptive genetic algorithm.
