摘要
针对提升机工作环境特殊、提升煤量监测需要采用数据无线传输的现实,提出了将无线传输和有线远距离传输相结合的提升煤量监测方案,介绍了以ATmega8单片机为核心的采集发射机设计、接收控制机设计和上位机设计。实验表明,本系统有效解决了箕斗上下运动造成的布线困难和数据传输的问题,实现箕斗装、卸煤量的监测,预防超载提升事故的发生。
Considering specific environment of mine hoist and fact that hoisting load monitoring needs to be finished through wireless transmission, a testing scheme combining wireless transmission with wired transmission is brought forward in this thesis. Designs in software and hardware parts cored by Atmega8 microcontroller are elaborated. Practice shows that system is an effective solution to wiring difficulties and data transmission problems which are caused by up-and-down skip movement. And it achieves to monitor skip loading, unloading, to prevent overloading accidents.
